Exterminator Cartoon
This cartoon was entered into the 4H
Fair and won a blue ribbon. It features a bit of irony -
much the same type of humor used in
Far Side Cartoons. The idea was sketched in pencil, outlined in
black marker, and then filled in with colored marker. The cartoon was
then placed in an inexpensive frame used for diplomas. Framing the
work helps get a better placement in the Fair and helps preserve the
work.
