This "Alien Park" clay figures display earned Luke a
blue ribbon at the county fair. This display featured aliens hanging
around an alien lake. The small sign, states "Swim at your own risk".
Molding figures with clay is a great activity for the very creative
child.
These clay displays make good 4h fine art project
ideas. |

| For the display shown at the right, Luke
earned a special award at the 4H Cultural Arts Festival. This
display features "The Evolution of The Bunny". The top bunnies,
according to Luke, are the prehistoric bunnies, and the bottom ones
represent present day bunnies. Display cases are a good way to keep
the clay figures from getting squashed by little brothers and sisters.
Also, in this display, pins were stuck into the wood and the clay
figures were stuck onto the pins to keep them from tipping over. Luke
will enter this display in the county fair. |
